Yes. Parents can choose the scare level they think is most appropriate for their children. The outdoor area is totally Halloween-themed but not scary at all with an illuminated pumpkin patch, mirror rooms, a ball pit, obstacle course, DIY spaces, and FREE circus entertainment. The majority of the indoor space is kid-friendly (ideal for 8 and up) but it is dark with smoke, spooky music, sound effects, and some animatronics that will surprise. Then there are two optional areas where our jump scare actors live, where the scare factor is definitely dialed up.
No. It’s much, much more than a passive walk-through. There are interactive opportunities throughout providing fun, even competitive activities for the entire family. And there are three games that can lead to prizes. 1) A treasure hunt through the maze lets you find specific characters and when do, you stamp your discovery on the map. 2) You’re provided ten tokens when you enter and then you find the ten ball dispensers, collecting all ten to redeem your prize. And finally 3) you can play the on-line game as you move through the maze, selecting your character and then following fun clues or participating in interactive activities along the way.
Yes, there are. Please do not enter our mazes if you have sensory sensitivities or medical conditions that prohibit these items.
It is not advised that pregnant women or individuals with heart conditions enter our mazes, especially the two optional zones where they may encounter jump scare actors.
Costumes, except for full face masks, are encouraged. Costumes must adhere to our costume policy.
The Hollow Awakens opened on September 12th and will go through November 1st at Lakewood Center. Event hours are 6 to 10 pm (Wednesday – Thursday), 5 to 11 pm (Friday and Saturday), and 5 to 10 pm (Sunday). We are closed on Monday and Tuesday.
You can reschedule your tickets before the event. Send an email to imagine@imaginarium360.com. Rescheduling is FREE, we ask that it be done before your scheduled date.
If it is raining or unusually windy, we may close the outside portion of our event for safety reasons. If it is raining on the day you plan to come, please check our website for information. If you have already purchased tickets and we need to close , you will receive an email advising that we are closed that day and instructions about rescheduling your tickets.
Wheelchairs are available for rent on a first-come basis. The rental fee is $15. Please check at the box office for availability. We do not rent strollers.
